4 chicken breast
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 slices of prosciutto
1/4 lbs of slices mushroom
brusel sprout and carrot
a bottle of Marsala wine
salt and pepper
basil
butter
How to make Chicken Marsala ala Bistro 470
Slit the chicken breast so that it looks like a pouch. Lay a cheese on top of the prosciutto and sprinkle some oregano and basil. Roll the cheese and the prosciutto together and stuff it into the slitted chicken breast. Pan-fried the stuffed chicken on a pool of melted butter and let sit until golden brown in all sides.
On another pan, melt 2 tablespoon of butter and put in the mushroom. Cooked until soft and then add the salt and pepper. Turn the head down to low mid, and pour in the wine. Choose the wine that you love to drink. Simmer the concoction until it is reduced to half. Add in the chicken and cover.
Serve over with steamed Brussels and carrot.
