The recipe looks good but there are more ingredients listed than were used. Balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper as well as more garlic and more olive oil are listed as ingredients but aren't added at any point during the steps. It was very confusing when I was making it. I also pureed the sauce in my food processor as it was less of a sauce and more of a chunky stew before hand. Looks good though, baking right now!
