About five years ago I really started to get into my cooking and about the same I started a mortgage protection insurance brokerage. As there were only three of us at the start I used to make lunch every day for the other brokers. However as the insurance business grew and we started broking other products such as payment protection it really wasn’t possible to keep cooking for everyone. I have still maintained my passion, even if the brokers miss out on a meal these days.
