Ingredients
Rich Brownie Batter2oz Unsweetened Chocolate
5oz Bittersweet Chocolate
10oz Butter (room temperature)
7oz Eggs (room temperature)
9oz Sugar
1/4tsp Salt
3/2tsp vanilla
4oz Bread Flour
Cream Cheese Filling
8oz Cream Cheese
2oz Sugar
1/2tsp Vanilla
1 Egg Yolk
How to make Cream Cheese Brownies
Rich Brownie Batter
- Melt the chocolates and butter together in a double boiler
- Mix the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla together, do not whip.
- Blend the chocolate mixture into the liquids.
- Sift the flour into the mixture and fold.
- Place the cream cheese into a stand mixer with a paddle attachment and let mix at a low speed until the cream cheese is creamy.
- Add in the sugar and vanilla. Continue mixing at a low speed.
- Add the yolk into the mix, mix until blended.
Place in the oven at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until delicious.
