Ingredients
Shiso Leaves
Sushi-grade sashimi (I prefer Maguro)
Yuzu Kosho (I prefer the green versus red/orange)
How to make Shiso Sashimi
Since I love the Shiso so much, I've incorporated the ingredient in many of my sashimi/sushi recipes. Instead of Nori and rice, I like the clean taste of this take on sushi. Best had with ice cold Vodka !
Step 1: Cut the sashimi in thin slices
Step 2: Cut the shiso leaf in half, lengthwise
Step 3: Using your finger, dab a small amount of yuzu kosho on to the leaf then place the sashimi slices atop.
