How to make fresh mozzarella /tomato salad

this is very easy and sort of explains itself. you could make a meal out of this by slicing up a fresh baguette and reaching for a bottle of a nice hearty red italian wine like a sangiovese.

slice tomatoes and mozzarella. arrange to your liking drizzle with balsamic and olive oil and garnish.

  actually I thought it kind of looked like that really fucked up head-slicing machine from Caligula that moves along the ground and lops off heads with its rotating blades of death, spilling blood (in this case, balsamic dressing) in all directions. and therefore quite tasty.
