~*+++ Fried Instant Noodles +++ *~

- Pork, minced
- Broccoli, cut
- Cabbage, shredded
- Dried Shitake Mushrooms, sliced
- Egg
- Spring Onion, chopped
- Garlic, crushed
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables

For seasoning, I used:
- Oyster Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Sugar

How to make ~*+++ Fried Instant Noodles +++ *~

  • Boil the instant noodles for about 3 minutes or until they have turned soft. Using a strainer scoop out the instant noodle and let it drain off the excess water.
  • In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients. Set aside.
  • Add a little Vegetable oil into a heated wok, followed by the chopped garlic. Stir-fry till it is golden brown.
  • Next, I added the minced pork, dried shitake mushroom¬† and eggs.
  • Stir-fry until they are half cooked and it's time to add in the cooked instant noodle together with a few quick stirs.
  • Then I added the shredded cabbage, cut broccoli, mixed vegetables, the seasoning mixture and a little bit of water.
  • Continued to stir until the noodles are well blended and the minced pork is completely cooked.
  • Added the chopped spring onions last.Did a few quick stirs and it's ready to be served!
