    Hi Skriv! Comments are always welcome! Thanks for taking the time! I think that your suggested modifications would work. The sour cream will add a really good flavor, but be careful with the flax. It will add a bit of a nutty flavor, and make things a little more moist. The cream and the flax might also clash flavor-wise. The breadcrumbs usually serve to absorb the majority of the moisture from both the chicken and broccoli and so make the dish a real bake. But have fun with it. Texture is also a matter of taste, so make what you know you like. If you find that something different works, please copy and paste and adjust my recipe as you would like.     Hey JessCooks, this is my first use of OSF... I have no idea about cayenne pepper, but I have a question/comment about your recipe. (Hope that's ok!) I'm wondering if you could substitute the can of chicken soup and the breadcrumbs to get it even more low carb. Say, sour cream and boullion instead of the soup, and ground flax seeds instead of the crumbs? Another question: how would I "grab" your recipe and make my modifications using OSF? Is that a manual process for now?
