Lap Cherng Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Lap Cherng

  • Cooked rice

  • Green onions

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Eggs

  • Sesame oil

  • Salt

  • Mushroom soy sauce

How to make Lap Cherng Fried Rice


  1. Cook the cut piece of lap cherng in the wok in high heat until they are fully cooked

  2. Dump in the steamed rice mixed with cut lettuce leaves, sesame oil, and salt.

  3. Stir fry the rice and mix in the green onions.

  4. Now pour in a moderate amount of mushroom soysauce to give it some brownish tint. (it's not salty at all)

Serve and enjoy.

    i love that lap chreng , can't leave that when cooked friend rice, it makes them taste good, i am guessing that is the pork fat sausage right, cos we kinda called it different in indonesia
