Ingredients
Pork
1 stalk of green onion
Diced onion
Steamed rice
Rice cooking wine
Sesame oil
Salt
Soy sauce
Miso sauce
How to make Minced pork rice
This dish was very similar to yongfook's South Asian Pork Soboro and was part of another one of my "experimental" dishes. Very tasty and easy to make!
Cut the pork in stripes of preferred size.
Cut the lower part of the green onion diagonally, and the part into rings.
Now mix the green onion rings along with the diced onion, rice cooking wine, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, and miso sauce, into the pork stripes.
Heat up the pan on high until it gets hot, add oil and the diagonally cut green onions. Spread around.
Take the pork mix and cooking the pan for 5 minutes then serve over steamed rice. Enjoy.
Serves one.
