How to make I <3 Eggettes!!!
I first tried these in HK. I went berzerk when I couldn't find them in the USA until recently. I went back to HK to find me a recipe. If you don't know what eggettes are, its a style of waffle that is to die for, if made correctly. So here it is for all you Eggette lovers out there!!!
Sift together the first 4 ingredients; beat the eggs and sugar, add milk and water. Stir dry ingredients in, add oil last. Heat both sides of griddle, add batter to about 80% full. Close griddle and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes per side. Remove with fork and serve immediately.
