Ingredients
- 1 can of Lychee fruit
- half can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of whip cream
- 1/2 tsp of lime juice
- 1 cup of slushy ice
How to make Poor College Boy's Lychee Ice Cream
It was a hot day and I got creative since I didn't want to leave the house to go buy ice cream. I decided to make it myself!
Drain the water from the lychee fruit can and save for later. Mash Lychee with condensed milk, slushy ice and whipped cream. Mix it well. It should be a bit pastey. Add about 2 tablespoons of the drained Lychee syrup and blend. Then pour that mix into a container and refrigerate it for few hours.
