Japanese beef brisket curry Recipe

Ingredients
- 600 grams of beef brisket, cut into chunks
- 2 small carrots, peeled and cut into bite size sections
- 4 small potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 big onions, sliced
- 1 japanese curry block
- 1 table spoon of oil
- 4 cups of water
Marinate:
- 1 table spoon of light soy sauce
- 1 table spoon of sake
How to make Japanese beef brisket curry
- Mix marinate, add meat and refrigerate minimum 1 hour (could be overnight).
- Heat oil in the wok and fry onions, add meat fry till it changes colour, add remaining vegetables, pour in water and add curry block.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 1,5 to 2 hours, till beef is tender.
