    I love a good Mojito. I grow my own limes and mint, which really add to the flavor. It's a very refreshing drink. I prefer the agave nectar because A) it dissolves easier than sugar or honey B) it has a mild, neutral flavor C) it's like a natural simple syrup and D) it has a low glycemic index. I use it for virtually all of my mixed drinks, coffee, and tea.
