Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
3 large eggs2 cups cooked rice
1 medium white onion, finely diced
2 tbsp sugar
soy sauce
optional:
small tomato, diced
green onion
basil
How to make Egg Fried Rice
beat eggs and 1 1/2 tbsp sugar together
pour into pan and cook just till dry
remove from pan and set aside
place onion in pan, sprinkle lightly with sugar and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
remove from pan and set aside
combine rice, onion, and egg in a wok
cook over medium heat, gently mixing ingredients together
add soy sauce to taste
optional: just before removing from heat, mix in tomato, green onion, and basil
serve hot
