Ingredients

-1 lb. ground beef -1/2 pear, sliced -1/4 Vidalia onion, sliced -1 small handfull fresh mushrooms, chopped - 2-4 slicec ginger -Roasted Penut Oil -Balsamic Vinegar -1 14.5 oz can basil, garlic, and oregano diced tomatoes -basil leaves -liquid smoke

How to make Italian Beef and Veggies


I made this when told to make dinner once. Without much on hand, I concocted this! A fine Pinot Grigio would go quite well with this Italian themed entree.

  1. Brown beef in medium skillet.
  2. While beef is browning, add enough penaut oil to cover bottom of pan and a dash of liquid smoke, and sautee vegtables.
  3. When finished, add balsamic vinegar to vegtables, and add to beef.
  4. Dish and serve.

Serves about 4.
