Almond Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

for 12 muffins:

Ingredients A:

  • 100g oatmel (I mixed oatmeal and cornflakes)
  • 350g flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Ingredients B:

  • 60g butter (melt)
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sirup (I took honey)
  • 250ml milk

Ingredients C:

  • 50g almonds (roastet & chopped)
  • 100g chocolate
  • 1 or 2 muffin baking-tin for 12 pieces (it's also impossible without one)
  • paper muffins cups

How to make Almond Chocolate Muffins


So... actually is the original of this recipe with hazelnuts and figs! But I hadn't it at home.. so I took almonds and chocolate. :-) Very easy to make & just yummii...

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (circulating air oven). Put the paper cups to the baking-tin.
  2. Measure the ingredients A & B.
  3. Mix the almonds and chocolate.
  4. Pour the melt butter in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix it with an egg-beater. Add the eggs, sirup (honey) and milk.
  5. Add the ingredients A with the ingredients B. Stir it softly with a ladle. Fold the almonds and chocolate in.
  6. Dispere the dough to the cups.
  7. Bake for 18 min. yummi
