sweet potato
potato (optional)

coriander
fried shallots

How to make Summery blend
Shitake mushrooms infuse a distinctive flavor, while fried shallots liven up and add a sweet and crispy touch to this heartwarming soup.
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- After washing, peeling, and chopping of the vegetables, put them in the boiling water for approx. 10 min or until soft.
- Remove the vegetables and put them in a blender. Blend until fine.
- Put the mixture back into the simmering pot of water and add seasonings to taste.
- Add garnish when ready to serve.
