Ingredients

-Large bowl full of shredded green and red cabbage -Julliened Carrots 1/2 cup -Pea Pods 1/2 cup -Cherry tomatoes sliced in half 1/2 cup -Juice of 2 Limes -2 TBLS Huy Fong Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce with Garlic (The one with the rooster) -1/2 Cup Mayo -2 TBLS Soy Sauce - 1 TBLS rice wine vinegar -1 TBLS grated fresh Ginger -Minced Garlic (1-2 gloves to taste)

How to make Asian slaw


This recipe was created to accompany a nice medium rare BBQ'd flank steak.

  1. Mix Veggies
  2. Mix Sauce - Lime, Mayo, Chili Sauce, Soy, Vinegar, Ginger and Garlic.
  3. Toss Veggies with Sauce
  4. Chill or Serve Immediately

Serve with a cold Sapporo or other asian beer.
