Mushrooms
2x tomatos, chopped
grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp parsley
salt and pepper
olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180c
- Mix tomato, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl to make the stuffing
- take out the mushroom stems and scoop the stuffing into the mushrooms
- drizzle over the mushrooms with olive oil
- place under the oven for 10-15 mins, until the cheese has melted
