Roast Pork with Orange Recipe

Ingredients
Serving: 6- 40 g butter
- 350 ml orange juice, strained
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 garlic clove
- pinch of chilli powder
- pinch of dried oregano
- 1 kg loin of pork, boned
- salt and pepper
How to make Roast Pork with Orange
Utensils: Roasting tin, small saucepan
- Preheat the oven to 180 c
- Melt the butter in a pan, add orange juice, grated orange rind, garlic, chilli powder and oregano, season with salt and pepper and mix well
- Rub the meat with salt and pepper and place in a roasting tin
- Pour in the mixture and roast, basting frequently for about 1 hour or until the meat is cooked
- Carve and serve with the cooking juices
