This recipe also works if you want to make Sesame prawn on toast.  Just replace mince pork with mince prawn (add a lil bit of mince pork for a better taste).  For the sesame prawn on toast, it's good with sweet chili dipping.

How to make Sesame Pork on Toast

Utensils: Sauce pan, kitchen towel
[For Sesame Toast]
1. Cut bread into 4 pieces a slice.  Leave bread to air at room temperature for several hours to dry them.  (Cut either before or after leaving.  This will help making bread absorb oil less.

2. Mix the pork with the egg, coriander, oyster sauce, pork powder, sugar, pepper, and soy sauce.
2. Spread one side of each slice of bread with the pork mixture, and dip the filling side into sesame seeds.

3. Deep fry the toast in hot oil, over a moderate heat - filling side down until golden brown (2-3 mins) then flip and fry until golden brown.

4. Remove from oil; Drain on absorbent paper/kitchen towel and serve straight away with the vinegar dipping.
[For Vinegar Dipping]
1. Mix hot water with sugar and salt, stir until dissolved2. Put chopped cucumber, shallot and chili pepper
