Ingredients
Serving: 2 - 4- 10 dry shitake mushroom
- 1 chicken stock cube (knorr)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cups water
- 50 g mince pork (optional)
How to make Shitake Soup
Utensils: bowl, medium pot
- leave shitake in water to soften them for about 30 mins, then slice
- To start, boil water in a pot, put a cube of Knorr, bring to boil.
- Put chopped onion, and chopped shitake and soya. Bring to boil for sometimes (5-10 mins) until shitake is really soft.
- If you like to put mince pork, put them after shitake soften then leave for about 1 min
- Serve with jasmine rice
