Chocolate Granola Recipe

Ingredients
10 c rolled oats
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut flake
Chopped nuts are optional
How to make Chocolate Granola
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then spread evenly over a buttered cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until crunchy and lightly browned. This is a great recipe for sprinkling over your yogart or ice cream as a snack. This also is super mixed in with trail mix.
If you add extra butter and press the mix together before baking it can also be cut into granola bars when its cooled.
This keeps in a sealed container with out refrigeration for several weeks, if you can stop eating it you will be better off than me.
