How to make cold sesame noodles
This is a quick and delicious side dish to any grilled chicken or beef. It's easy to make in large batches for parties and contains ingredients that are commonly in a well-stocked kitchen. If you prefer an easy one-dish meal, you may add blanched snow peas, grilled, sliced chicken or beef. 1. Cooked noodles in boiling, salted water, al dente 2. Drain noodles and run under cold water until cool 3. Mix other ingredients (except scallions) in large bowl. 4. Add noodles and mix well 5. Add scallions and toss. Serve at room temperature
