Ingredients
- roll of ciabatta bread
- tomatoes; diced
- feta cheese; diced
- oregano; chopped into small pieces or dried
- basil ; chopped into small pieces or dried
- olive oil; generous
- clove of garlic; minced
- dash of balsamic vinegar
- mozarella cheese
- salt
- peppers
- diced onion; small amount + optional
How to make feta cheese bruschetta
- slice bread to roughly 1.5 cm thick and place under grill to slightly golden
- mix all other ingredients in a bowl (apart from mozarella); equal amount of diced tomatoes to diced feta cheese - or higher proportion of whichever you prefer.
- spread mixture on sliced bread, and place a thin slice of mozarella in the middle.
- place in oven grill, and let it grill for about 4 minutes till it is nice and warm.
