Ingredients

Oregano, dried flakes
Basil, dried flakes
Thyme, dried
Onion, dried flakes
Fennel seed
Anise seed
Garlic powder (optional)

How to make Pizza Spice

2 tablespoons oregano
1 tablespoon basil
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1/4 (one quarter) teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
2 teaspoons anise seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

 Just combine all the ingredients together and mix them up evenly. Makes enough for a 12 inch pizza, double  the amounts if you like lots of spice on your pizza (as I do).
