But because I couldn't find tapioca starch here I used corn starch instead. Worked fine as well

How to make Homemade Udon


This is my fave udon recipe ever. There's an extra chewy texture, just the way I like it! Just follow the steps and your udon will be ready to serve anyway you like it!! ^.^ ..I ate mine with some ebi tempura, YUM! 
OH, and btw, just remember to sprinkle flour generously when folding and cutting the dough into strips to avoid the dough being sticky. Enjoy!!

    I've wanted to try making homemade udon since I saw the movie Udon! I will do this! You wouldn't happen to know where to find a good ramen recipe, would you?

    Yes you should try this! ^^ ..LOL no! I've been wanting to buy a pasta machine so I can make my own pasta and noodles (unless I could stretch a dough like those amazing La Mian chefs! :D). If I do find a great recipe then I'll definitely share :)
