- 2 tins Skinned Tomato
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 2 pcs Yellow Onions, diced
- 1 pcs Carrot, diced
- 2 pcs Celery, diced
- Red Wine, (optional)
- Salt/Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, garnishing
