Looks very yummy. I am going to make this. We often eat veal at home. I am just curious, for how many persons is the recipe? I see you written veal chop for 1 person. I think risotto is for more than 1 ? And corn sauce?

That photo looks AWESOME!!! The colors are natural and vivid: pink, orange and forest green. I imagine the delicious blend of flavors and textures (tender duck, smooth puree plus chewy kale) is amazing. :)
