YUMMY! I love avocado. I think one of my favorites is good ol' guacamole (I usually go with tomatoes, avocado, tomatillos if you've got them, a dash of mayo, salt, pepper, onion, and whatever else depending on mood) with blue corn chips.

A friend suggested trying this with chuncks of fresh pineapple or mango - sounds good too!
