I don't think I've ever tried the toyo-mansi one! It sounds amazing. I'm thinking it's a combination of the toyo fish and calamansi?

maggi's seasoning sauce's gives the food an extra kick even with just a few drops. ^_^ love the toyo-mansi one.

That sounds awesome. Sounds a lot like a chili-vinegar dip that's used a lot in Phils. I always keep a bottle of chili/garlic infused vinegar for that purpose.

Looks great. Maggi Seasoning is the shizzle. My go-to fresh chilli sauce is sliced chillies, squeezed lemon or cumquat and Maggi. Thai Golden Mountain sauce is the only substitute I've found in Japan where the Maggi is not so easy to come by.
