(yakisoba on the side, not for me, i had rice)

1... marinate in liquid + garlic

2... a little olive oil + salmon

3... cook both sides well

 

#came out better than I expected. I had to keep cutting them in half tho since I didn't know when they were done... Is there a better way?

    With time and experience you will learn to know when the salmon is done. But there is a small tip. When you are pan frying or pan roasting a salmon fillet, press gently with your thumb. If you feel that the fillet is soft like when you press your cheek, it is rare. Your chin, medium. And forehead, well done.

    wow thank you for the great tip!!! does this work with any meat? or is it a fish thing... tho i like everything well done, sometimes the people who i cook for may want it differently... awsome!
