Ingredients
- lamb chops
- apples
- rosemary
- mint
- honey
- cinnamon
- black pepper
- lemon juice
- seasoning salt
How to make honeyed rosemary and mint lamb chops with apple
Chop up the rosemary and mint, and mix it up with the honey, cinnamon, pepper, and seasoning salt. Add a squirt of lemon juice.
Rub the honey mixture into the lamb, then lay the lamb in a baking dish.
Cut the apples into cubes, and put them on top of the lamb.
Bake at 400F for about an hour or until the lamb is cooked.
