Ingredients

                 Tilapia
1cup         Coconut milk
1 clove      Garlic
1pc           Onion
15g           Ginger
5g             tomato
3g             Red Chili
                 cooking oil
                 salt & pepper

How to make Fried Tilapia in spicy coconut gravy sauce


  • Julienne the onion & tomato.keep aside.
  • Clean the fish.
  • Put the tomato & onion inside the fish!
  • Deep fry the fish until golden brown
For the Gravy

  • Finely chop the garlic & ginger.
  • Saute the ginger & garlic until brown, put the chili
  • Once the smell of chili emanates, add the coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
  • Taste with salt & pepper.
  • Serve with rice.
