Ingredients
Tilapia1cup Coconut milk
1 clove Garlic
1pc Onion
15g Ginger
5g tomato
3g Red Chili
cooking oil
salt & pepper
How to make Fried Tilapia in spicy coconut gravy sauce
- Julienne the onion & tomato.keep aside.
- Clean the fish.
- Put the tomato & onion inside the fish!
- Deep fry the fish until golden brown
- Finely chop the garlic & ginger.
- Saute the ginger & garlic until brown, put the chili
- Once the smell of chili emanates, add the coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
- Taste with salt & pepper.
- Serve with rice.
