How to make BBQ Corn
This is a great vegtable for any bbq that people of all ages will love. A trick to having great tasting corn it to buy the freshest looking corn at the last possible second before cooking, this is becasue the sugars in corn start to turn into starches in about a day after it is picked so the fresher it is the sweeter the taste.
- Get grill fired up.
- Melt butter.
- Stir dill weed powder into melted butter until there is a light green mix.
- Pull back the husk and brush on the butter mix. 5) Put the husk back into place. 6) Place on grill and wait until the corn kernals reach a nice yellow color. Be aware the the husk will likely catch on fire, this is ok just let it burn out.
