How to make Chocolate Cake

I ate a cake like this at my favourite café in Stockholm. It's the BEST chocolate cake in the world and eating it will sure make you feel happy! My sister and I gave it the inofficial name "Sex Cake", since you could consider it a pretty good substitute.

It's very easy.

  1. Put the sugar and the 4 eggs in a bowl and beat everything until it becomes foamy.

  2. Melt the chocolate and the butter on the stove.

  3. Pour the cocolate/butter mixture into the bowl with the eggs and the sugar. Add the flour, and stir it in.

  4. Now you should have a liquid dough you put into a baking pan (you should coat the bottom and the sides of the pan with butter).

  5. Put the pan into the oven at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes. The cake will be liquid inside, so don't cut it immediately when you took it out of the oven (well, only if you like a liquid butter, chocolate, sugar mixture - with vanilla sauce that might actually be pretty good!). Put it in the fridge instead.

  6. Enjoy!

I'm going to give this recipe a go for my boyfriend's birthday cake! For any Americans wishing to use this recipe, 250 grams is a smidge more than a cup (250 g = 1.087 c). Oh boy!
