Ingredients
Haddock Fish filetsMustard (I used Maille, mustard with white wine)
Mrs Dash Seasoning
Olive oil
How to make Mustard roasted fish
Defrost fish filets
Spread mustard over filets
Add Mrs Dash seasoning
Add olive oil around filets
Bake at 375'C for about 20 mins
Serve with steamed vegetables and potatoes
