Ingredients
- 3 bunches of orach "loboda" (see bellow)
- 1 bunch of green onion
- couscous
How to make A bit of color
A very simple recipe:
- clean and cut the "loboda (artiplex hortensis)" and a bunch of green onion
- brown the onion and add the loboda until soft (5 -10 min on a low flame)
- add salt and pepper
- serve with couscous
