酥酥 coffee biscuit

Ingredients

  • 250g butter

  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

  • 1 1/2 flour

  • 1/2 corn flour

  • 1tbsp instant coffee

  • 2tsp hot water

How to make 酥酥 coffee biscuit


1* beat butter and icing sugar till fluffy.

2* add sifted flour and corn flour.

3* add mixed instant coffee and hot water.

4* mix well. place onto hot plate then oven 180 degree for 12-15 min. (can either scope into small balls by spoons or use a 擠花袋 like me to get flowery shape)

p.s. something can be placed in onto the balls/flowerys before putting it into oven to look better (chocolate chip, almond, coffee bean....etc) i got none this afternoon...

p.s. let it cool for a while to get 酥 after cooking time is up.

p.s. it definitely taste better than it looks. !! =)
