    you need a small scoop of batter in the frying pan and holding the handle of the pan swing it round so to coat the base of the pan to get a very thin pancake. Mixing the batter must not be too concentrate, and also not too water. just the right consistency. Fry on one side only and use a non-stick pan is better to get the pancake out of the pan. first round add a little to grease base and then the rest of the pancake no need oil.

    I made the batter today but I think it was too thick. Do you have any suggestions on how to get it thinner? Otherwise, it tasted just like I remembered :-)

    yes you can use any butter. always keep chilled when not serve.
