Ingredients
1 loaf bread- cut into cubes-use left over breadingredient A:-
4 green apples- sliced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
ingredient B:-mix altogether
3 eggs
2 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
some butter
3 tbsp applesauce

How to make Apple bread pudding
1. Put A in pan and saute apple till soft and caramel form.
2. Place 1/2 of the bread cubes in a greased oven proof dish. Dot with some butter and
applesauce.
3. Top with apple slices , and some more bread to cover. Pour B to soak up the bread. Let it
stand for 2 mins and then bake at 200 C for 30 mins.or till set.
NOTE:
you can add raisins and crushed walnuts if you like.
