Ingredients

200gm baby kailan-(Chinese broccoli)-cut
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
pinch salt and pepper
1 Japanese soft egg taufu. cut four
1/2 tsp cornflour plus 3 tbsp water
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp oil


How to make Baby kailan with Japanese taufu


1. Coat taufu with cornflour and deep fry till golden, Set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic. Add kailan and mix qucikly by adding oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
3. Add water, and cornflour mixture. Stir well and dish out onto taufu in a serving plate. Serve hot.
