Baked chicken cheesy rice Recipe

Ingredients
A:3 cups cooked rice
1 stalk celery stick-chopped
1/2 carrot - chopped
1/4 broccoli- cut small pieces
12 pieces prawns-shelled
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
dash black pepper
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
B:
2 chicken thighs, cut 4 pieces each thigh.
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
For topping:
3 slices cheddar cheese
parsley-(optional)
How to make Baked chicken cheesy rice
1. Marinate ingredient B and heat 1 cup oil and fry chicken till brown .Drain.
2. In another pan , heat butter and saute onion , and vegetable till soft. Add prawns.
3. Add rice and fry , mix well , add egg and season . Add milk and mix well.
4, Spoon rice into a ovenĀ proof dish and lay chicken pieces over the rice and the top with cheese slices.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 mins. at 200 C.
NOTE:
you can use grated cheese of your choice.
