Beef with mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
1 tbsp chopped garlic2 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped ginger
250gm button mushrooms
350gm beef rump- cut into strips
1/2 cup Thai chilly sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
1 cup basil leaves
How to make Beef with mushrooms
1. Saute onion, garlic and ginger in 3 tbsp oil till aroma.
2. Stir in the beef for 5 mins on high heat.
3. Add mushrooms, and seasoning. Stir to mix well.
4. Lastly add the cornflour mixture and the basil leaves.
5. Serve hot with rice.
Note: do not cook meat too long when stir fry. As long as it changes colour , then your meat is just nice to eat or else it will be chewy.
