Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup warm water

For any of the serving:
Sugar and cinnamon
Jam
Chocolate sauce
kaya


How to make Beignets


1. Mix the dough ingredients and stir with a spoon to blend well.Leave to rise for 1 hour or double.
2. Heat a wok with 4 cups of oil to 250 C. Scoop a spoonful of dough and dip into the hot oil.
3. Deep fry to golden brown and drain in kitchen towel.
4. Serve with any of your desire taste.

NOTE:
for chocolate sauce: mix 1 tsp cocoa to 2/3 cup of condense milk and a tsp vanilla.
for cinnamon sugar: mix 1/2 cup fine sugar to 1/2 tsp cinnamon
