5 pairs of chicken feet- clean and trim nails
1 broccoli-cut into floret
1 cabbage leaves-cut
5 piece fried taufu-cut half
1 bundle glass noodle
1/2 red onion-chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 stick celery- cut
1/2 leek-cut
salt and pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce

How to make Chicken feet broccoli soup

1. Saute chopped ingredients in 2 tbsp oil till aroma. Add 10 cups water and chicken feet, leek and celery.
2. Boil till feet are tender. Add the the remain ingredients. Let boil for 10 mins. Serve.
