Ingredient A
125gm butter
120gm brown sugar
60 gm peanut butter
1/8 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 egg
1 tsp chocolate paste

Ingredient B:
60 gm grounded peanut
60 gm silvered almonds
Ingredient C:

180gm Self rising flour

For deco:

melted white cooking chocolate

How to make Chocolate almond biscuits

1. Cream ingredient A until thicken. Then add B and mix well.
2. Add flour and knead to mix.
3. Roll into a small ball as big as ping pong ball. place in baking tray and press down with a folk.
4. Bake in moderate oven 180 C for 15 mins. Cool.
5. Melt white cooking chocolate and put in piping bag , cut the end part into a small hole. Pipe into a spiral over each biscuit.
