Ingredients
1 cup flour1/2 baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, soften
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
8 oz bitter sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
How to make Chocolate chunk nut cookies
1, cream the butter and sugar. Add egg. Then flour with baking powder and salt. Mix well.
2. Add nuts and chocolate chunks.
3. Spoon onto greased tray and press down with a folk.
4. Bake at 220 C for 15 mins.
