Ingredients
Plain dough mixture:2 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
50gm butter
1 egg
3/4 cup water warm
Middle layer:chocolate filling.
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup milk powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
For topping,
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
butter
How to make chocolate milk filling yeast cake
1. For the plain dough: mix together with a wooden spoon to form a sticky dough.divide into 2 portions.
2. for the middle dough: mix together till well combine.
3. Greased a deep dish and spread 1 portion of the plain dough on the base and then top with the chocolate filling.
4 Cover up with remaining portion of plain dough.
5. Leave to rise double. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 220 C for 20 mins to 25 mins. or till golden brown on the top.Brush top with extra butter .Enjoy !!
